Postscript files are easy to create. If you write your paper in LaTeX, use DVIPS. If you use a word processor under Windows like Word or WordPerfect, than install a printer driver for a postscript printer (Windows provides several drivers that you can use for this purpose), and print your text into a file.
If you have problems to create a postscript file with your text processor, we will try to assist you. Please send us an e-mail.
If you must submit a camera ready version on paper, please notify us in advance and send us two copies (see below for the address). Please use first class air-mail and send the copies early.
Please consider the following guidelines when you format your paper. An example can be found in the postscript file stylesample.ps (104 KB). Here is the same file in a compressed version: stylesample.ps.gz (23 KB). Here you can find the file in Word format in uncompressed (stylesample.doc, 175 KB) or compressed form (stylesample.zip, 60 KB).
Do not use page numbers for the camera ready paper.
